Three hours at Taller 24, our kitchen in Sants. You cook, you eat what you made, and you leave knowing new things about the people you work with.
There are no slides to hide behind. There's a board, a knife and a recipe you have to pull off together. In three hours, the person from the next department stops being an email and becomes someone who also chops garlic badly. We've done this with all kinds of teams: Sants startups, downtown agencies, firms that just needed a laugh. It works because it's real: it's not an exercise, it's a dinner.
