How long is it valid?
Twelve months from purchase. Plenty of time to find a date.
What if they can't make the day they booked?
It can be changed at no cost with at least 72 hours' notice. The recipient picks the date, whenever suits them.
Can it be refunded?
A gift isn't refundable, but it can be swapped for another workshop. And since it's valid for twelve months, there's plenty of time to find a date.
