About the workshop
How long does it last?
About three hours: two and a half cooking, half lingering at the table.
How many people?
Groups of up to 14. If you come on your own, there is room.
What language?
Spanish and Catalan as standard; English on request, let us know when you book.
Do I need to know how to cook?
No. If you did, you wouldn't be coming. Robert takes you step by step. People leave doing things they wouldn't have imagined the Monday before.
What exactly do we cook?
Whatever the workshop says. Real recipes, not demos. You take the recipe book home.
Do we eat it there or take it away?
We eat it together at the end, at the long table. If anything is left over, you take a box home.
Before you come
How do I book?
Online on the workshop page, by card via Redsys, and your seat is confirmed instantly. Bank transfer or in-person at Carrer de Galileu 24 also work.
What should I bring?
Just willingness. We have aprons; bring your own if you prefer. If you have allergies, tell us at booking.
Where are you? How do I get there?
Carrer de Galileu 24, Sants neighbourhood. Metro Sants Estació · Plaça del Centre (L5) is a five-minute walk.
Is there parking?
Paid parking at Plaça Joan Pelegrí, three minutes away. By car the neighbourhood gets tricky; the metro is easier.
Can I come on my own?
Yes. Half the people who come, come alone. The table is long, the conversation finds its way around it.
Allergies & diets
Is there a vegetarian option?
Yes, nearly every workshop has a vegetarian alternative. Tell us when you book.
Gluten-free?
We adapt what we can. We work with flour and traces in the kitchen, so for severe allergies, weigh it up before coming.
Lactose-free?
Yes, we substitute without trouble. Tell us when you book.
Other allergies?
Tell us any allergies or intolerances in the form. We do everything reasonable, but we can't guarantee zero traces.
Kids
Can kids come to the regular workshop?
Regular workshops are for adults. For kids we have the children's workshop (ages 8-12).
What's the kids' workshop like?
Two and a half hours (kids run at a different pace). Groups of up to 10. Recipe card and an apron to take home.
Can parents stay?
Unless the workshop says otherwise, no need to chaperone. You pick the kid up at the end.
Bookings, payment, changes
How do I pay?
Card online (Redsys/CaixaBank), bank transfer or in person at Carrer de Galileu 24. Your seat is confirmed when the payment lands.
Can I cancel?
Write to info@taller-24.com at least 72 hours in advance and we'll move you to another date or workshop. We don't issue refunds except in exceptional cases.
Can I change the date?
Yes, at no cost with 72 hours notice. Past that, we still try to help.
Do you issue an invoice?
Yes, with VAT. If you need a full invoice with tax details, request it at info@taller-24.com.
Do you accept gift vouchers?
Yes. Gifts are bought at /regalo and redeemed against any workshop in the catalogue. Valid for twelve months.
